Located in Orlando FL, Oviedo Market Place is a 900,000 sq ft single-story indoor shopping mall with a movie theater. The remodel included a 750 seat food court, full interior and exterior paint schemes, landscape, and signage program.
Inspired by the natural light, lush landscape and the exposed building structure we created an airy backdrop of whites and beige, sprinkled with colored window graphics that active the peace with the passing sun. Bold and patterned lounge seating and natural wood elements create a sense of character and charm.
